Exploring at the Park

On Saturday I met up with Brady and his mom for his 2nd Birthday.

We spent the morning exploring at the park in Sparta.  What better way to catch a 2-year-old at his best than exploring at the park.  We found snakes (really they were sticks), fish, water, puppies, ducks and rocks!  Throwing sticks and rocks into the river was a super exciting adventure for this little man.

This photo session is exactly why I love taking pictures.

I get to spend a few hours with a 2-year-old and capture his personality.  As he changes and the years fly by his parents will have pictures like this to look back on and see his real personality shining through.  No stressful photo sessions at a studio in the mall only to get pushed out the door after your 20 minutes is up.

I guarantee taking pictures with me will take longer than in a studio at the mall but the memories that we capture will be real and will last a lifetime.

When I see this picture I can’t help but wonder what he is thinking about.  The look on his face is priceless.

Boys will be boys.  Exploring in trees is the greatest adventure.

Brady has the most amazing eyes!  Just look at these eyes!

I’m not sure which is more adorable – the hat or the smile?

Pretty sure it is the smile.

Sabrea and Jason – July 3, 2010

http://marandaschreier.com

The 4th of July weekend marked a very big day in my photography career.  It was the weekend that I photographed by first wedding, Sabrea and Jason decided to take a leap of faith and booked me a few short months ago and I took the plunge into wedding photography……after their wedding I’m hooked.

Check out this bling bling!  Sabrea is a very lucky gal to have a guy like Jason that has fantastic taste in diamonds.

The wedding was held at Justin Trails Bed and Breakfast in Sparta WI.  The location is an old farm that converted to a B&B.  There are numerous cottages, a big red barn and many gardens.  It is an ideal setting for a summer wedding.  Sabrea’s dress was simple elegance and her cathedral length veil was AWESOME!

With a couple like this capturing tender moments is easy.

Sabrea was a stunning bride.

Well I have been MIA from the blogging world recently.  That I apologize for…

Big news!  I am taking pictures of my first wedding this Saturday.  The wedding will be at Justin Trails in Sparta WI.

Beautiful weather, beautiful scenery and of course a beautiful bride (and groom)!

I will be sure to publish pictures as soon as I get them finished.
